As the Managing Director at Metro Merge, Tanisha's duties include the day-to-day operations of the office including space rentals, facilities and program management, supervision of volunteers and intern staff. Her goal is to increase client base and broaden community impact by building relationships with local agencies and community members.

Tanisha has a history of dedicated work in the education, human services and non-profit fields; specializing in coaching, counseling and educating individuals through life’s transitions. During her years of experience, she has coordinated programs that have enriched the lives of individuals and families throughout the metropolitan Atlanta and Chester County, PA area.

She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology with a minor concentration in Sociology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Tanisha is an active member of her community and is committed to working with programs that strengthen families and communities. She volunteers with South Atlanta Civic League and The Kindezi School PTSA. Tanisha is the founder of Soul Parenting, a resource and support group for professional single mothers and BeGreat! Coaching & Consulting. In her spare time, Tanisha enjoys planning celebrations, traveling and spending time with her son, Khairi Aaron.
