Monthly Rates

$200 per month (includes wi-fi and access to conference room and creative meeting space).

One Time Event

$60 for one-time events (up to 2 hours of use) or $100 for a day.

2. Fill out the following lease
   (we’ll make you a copy for your records)
3. Send your first monthly or one-time payment
4. We will provide you a door code to the space
